will once again be demonstrating the Pacsoft Marina Management System (PacsoftMMS)
at the Met2006 Marine Equipment Trade Show in Amsterdam between 14th and 16th
November.
Pacsoft will officially launch the highly acclaimed version 7 of PacsoftMMS at
the show.
Version 7 will be released with a range of new features, defined in conjunction
with our current customers from around the globe, which deliver the highest level of integration
in a single marina software application. New features include:
- New membership module allowing Marinas with clubs, and Yacht Clubs to record and manage memberships, fully integrated with other PacsoftMMS Modules.
- New Time based booking module allows you to book in short term stays or equipment rental.
- Pacsoft PocketMMS now provides a mobile online booking capability to assist with efficient event management.
- Integration with more systems including Fuel, Point of Sale and Food and Beverage.
- A new integrated Point of Sale (POS) function is available for PacsoftMMS.
- New and improved automatic payment options including the ability to set preferred payment options, and paying by Direct Debit or Credit Card through Manual Transaction Entry.
- In addition to a range of other Accounting Systems, integration with Microsoft Great Plains is now provided.
- Enhanced reporting tool to provide users with the flexibility to access data for mail merges and reporting
- Enhanced ‘Smart Notes’ providing users with effective customer information management, incident tracking, operational maintenance notes, and much more"
- Updated database application providing the ability to record more customer information, and vessel details with more pictures.
